Our Mission is to provide installation services to the electronic security industry.

We realize that in the electronic security and life safety industry, it is extremely difficult to find, train, and retain capable installers and technicians. We formed Simple Smart Security to meet the demand for these services in North East Ohio.

We want every experience with us to be simple and easy- for you, your staff, and your clients. We accomplish this by using time efficiently, keeping low overhead, automating what we can, and focusing on what we are best at.

Although our current focus is installations, our decades of industry experience encompass sales, management, customer service, back-office operations, central station operations, distribution, and more. We leverage this experience in all of our interactions.
